Clinical diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DSPN) is based on:

Neuropathy symptoms (distal, symmetrical symptoms, excluding other medical history that warrants differential diagnosis).

Signs (ankle reflexes, pressure, vibration, tingling, temperature).

The toolkit contains 5 tests, 2 of which are abnormal to clinically diagnose diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

4、128Hz vibrating tuning fork – vibration perception check

5、Percussion hammer-ankle reflex examination
